Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us as we volunteer our time packing meals for an organization Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). FMSC is a Christian nonprofit that believes hope starts with food. FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. This organization works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development. As part of our commitment to giving back, the Heart of Sol Foundation is excited to host our Quarter 2 Local Outreach! This initiative is an opportunity to join together with families, friends, colleagues, and peers to support another organization in achieving their mission.

For this quarter, we will be volunteering at Phoenix ReStore, a part of Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building safe, decent, and affordable homes, as well as making critical repairs and improvements for families in Central Arizona. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community while working alongside like-minded individuals who share a passion for service. Come help us make a difference and experience the joy of giving back!

Volunteer Tasks May Include:

• Receiving and sorting donations

• Labeling and processing items

• Merchandising and restocking

• Assisting staff with bagging and customer support

• General cleaning and organizing

• Filling rug racks

• Assembling or deconstructing furniture

This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community while working alongside like-minded individuals who share a passion for service. Come help us make a difference and experience the joy of giving back!

What to Wear:

• Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty

• Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes

• Jeans or long shorts (no short shorts or tank tops, please)

• No AirPods or headphones while volunteering

The Heart of Sol Foundation is excited to launch our Mentorship Program on Monday, June 1. We are currently seeking both students and mentors who are interested in participating in this impactful initiative.

This program is designed to pair students with mentors who have achieved success in the professional fields the students aspire to pursue. Through these one-on-one mentorships, students will gain valuable personal insight, guidance, and real-world perspective on what it takes to succeed in their chosen industries.

Mentor–mentee pairs will meet virtually for one hour each week over a 8-week period. To ensure consistency and meaningful engagement, the Heart of Sol Foundation will provide a general curriculum and guidebook that mentors will use to support discussions and development throughout the program.

The goal of this mentorship program is to equip young adults with the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration needed to excel in their careers, while fostering a commitment to excellence, growth, and purposeful work.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Heart of Sol Foundation Scholarship Program on August 1, 2026, a special day that also happens to be the founder’s birthday! To celebrate, we are gifting the gift of education to students ready to pursue higher education but who may face financial barriers along the way.

This year, our goal is to award 5 deserving students with $15,000 scholarships each, helping to alleviate the financial burden of higher education and empower them to pursue their dreams with confidence. These scholarships are more than financial support—they are an investment in the potential, ambition, and future impact of these young adults.

We are excited to celebrate the achievements, dedication, and vision of these students as they take the next step in their educational journey. Together, we are creating opportunities, inspiring excellence, and making the gift of education possible for those who need it most.

Join us this December for the Heart of Sol Foundation 2026 Charity Christmas Gala, an evening of celebration, gratitude, and giving! This special event honors the incredible milestones our foundation has achieved this year in pursuit of our mission to empower communities and create lasting impact.

We will celebrate the generosity and dedication of our sponsors, volunteers, and supporters—without whom none of our work would be possible. Their commitment has helped transform lives, and this gala is our opportunity to shine a spotlight on their vital contributions.

In the spirit of giving, the evening will also serve as a fundraiser for our ambitious new project in which we plan on building a school in the Philippines, set for the summer of 2028. Attendees will have the opportunity to contribute directly to this transformative initiative, helping to create a space where education and opportunity can thrive for generations to come.

Expect an enchanting evening filled with festive cheer, inspiring stories, and meaningful connections, as we reflect on 2026’s accomplishments and unite to invest in the future of education and community development.
